I'll be here at FSU. I really love Tallahassee and have a home here so it's the only place I wanted to go.
What are your post-grad plans?

I saw some pictures of Tallahassee from last week and it made me all wistful. Sun is pretty awesome stuff.

I'm going to be doing an internship program with my school in DC next semester (as a final, extra semester thing). I'm hoping to work at the hirshhorn museum, national gallery, or NEA... we'll see. It also means I'll be living in the same city as Drew, so that'll be neat, he's good people.

I have a few friends that did their first year of law school this year and they all said it was a rough and tumble time, but productive and full of learning. Why is it that the first year is so hard, anyhow?

As far as I can tell, it's full of those core classes that a kind of tedious, no electives. And there are a lot of early morning classes because the 2L and 3L won't take them. But most importantly, our class rank is established our first year, which determines the rest of our performance at school, whether or not we get on Law Review or Moot Court (two very big deals), and who recruits us after we graduate. *yay!* ::meekly::
