Sorry to be disturb, but what's 'nominated' on every poll?

In a tie, it's awkward to vote between your icon and another, so I put nominated there so you can choose that instead of the other person's icon if your icon is up for the tie breaker, which I believe yours is for Clothing/Costume. You can just NOT vote at all, but 'Nominated' is there in case you still want to vote.

Well not quite. If you'd voted 'Nominated', that would've been better, so what I'm going to do is discount your vote, so then your vote will be like your fellow nominees, since they picked 'Nominated' instead of voted on an actual icon.
