ONE more thing that had to go wrong

My car is acting funny. On Saturday it stalled as I was braking to wait in a turn lane behind another car. In a matter of a second or two of being stopped, it just cut out on me. *shakes head* with a day like this, things can only get better... I hope everything goes well and your car was just being funny for some trivial reason.

Argh... It's going to cost me $80 for the diagnostic. I could have gone to the AutoPort on base and gotten it done for $56, but that would have meant waiting until tomorrow and trying to keep it from stalling in the middle of the road in the meantime, getting onto base several times without my military ID (a pain in the ass though possible), AND getting around via public transportation while they worked on the car. For the $80 I get it checked out today, get shuttled to and from my apartment, and I'll more likely than not get the car fixed today. Better than the possibility of having to get a rental car for a few days, wouldn't you say?

I think you should consult Mechanic Nut Stomping Molly! hehehe. She always has something awesome to say about a car situation.

If it is the same thing that happened with mine, you will soon learn that it was your air filter or fuel filter? Good luck! Oh and let me know what was wrong with it!
