Thank you, love! Working on it...he comes to inspect the apartment tomorrow and, honestly, it's spotless. If he tries to evict us we might just say, "Why don't we just give our notice and save you the court fees and us the eviction on our record?" I called him twice over the last 2 days and he never called back. Dee-bag

Thank you! We did, and we did find out he can't charge us for the carpet until we move out. And he's in violation of the lease, too. It's just a shame I can't be here tomorrow, so my hubby's gonna call me when he's here. Considering I called him twice in the last two days and he never called me back, this might be the only opportunity to talk to him. *sigh*
