 curio: (noun) Something unusual that is collected.

I need to start using this word. I used to have a great vocabulary but I've replaced intelligent words with slang like "gnarly" and "jacked-up." Anyone else have some favorite vocab words to share?

i use gnarly. i think it's a good word.

one of my favs is still sassy. there's just something about that word. but i use it for other meanings as well. basically with me anything can mean sassy. sassilicious is a nice play on it too.

Enter the science geek: Thigmotactic.

Basically it's an adjective that describe an affinity to touch.

For example: After being gone for a while, my little dog becomes very thigmotactic and refuses to get off my lap.
