Holy crap, I still can't believe I wrote fic. And just in time to beat S5!
I need to cut back down on my online time again. I should hardly ever be on here at all. So between this post and the last (fanmix!), that'll be it for my 2009 fandom contributions. At least this year there were two :)

(BTW "on verra" means "we shall see" in French, so it can't really be shortened, but I'm flattered by the attempted endearment ;)

And I just saw your rec post! You are seriously amazing. It's almost hard for to believe that is my fic you are describing with such glowing praise.

But, I join illustrious company (Cough/Squee at comment below mine) in telling you how AWESOME this fic is. It's so rare to be able to just LOSE yourself in a story, and this was definitely one of those.

OH WOW, I love love love this casefile! So clever and absolutely fascinating, and I LOVE Dean's emotional reaction to it. Really gorgeous smooth writing here throughout, a really great NOSTALGIC OMG! S2 feel -- and you WEREN'T KIDDING ABOUT THE UST, WHAT. *claws at you* and? AND??? *pushes SamandDean together frantically* omg omg.

Sam can feel Dean's left knee move up in a slow draw along his thigh -- Jesus CHRIST.

I do wish I could have posted in time for your Bday, but the late beta really helped. In fact that one line you quoted wasn't added until then, because kitsune was like, "Need moar physical sensation description naow!" Heh.

This was really really fabulous. The case-file was so well thought out and did the awesome job of telling a story while actually telling us about the boys, plus I loved Dean's reaction and how you tie it in with the season two arc where he's falling apart. And the UST! Awesome! Just perfectly played!

You need to write more, soon, and often. <333

This is great! Nice case-fic, with the ghost actually just being good, and I loved the Sam/Dean-y-ness. Very nostalgic.
