I got broccoli in my organic farmshare again.

Hm.

I love you broccoli but you're wearing on my last nerve. Ok, how about I mix you with some carrots, extra-firm tofu cubes and whole wheat pasta and then toss the lot of you in a particularly good batch of cheddar-based Sauce Mornay? Ha - I'm about 1/10th of a ton of vegetarians - but I'm not very hungry right now. :p

Dude, count your blessings. Over abundance of broccoli could be worse! Last year I got a pound of okra in my farm share box every week for 22 weeks.

Ew. I LOATHE okra and it's slimy slickness. Fortunately, I can add any fruit/vegetable to the "no" list and not get it. Broccoli is on probation but I haven't moved it to that list just yet :)

FYI, Boston Organics is not a farm share. They are two very different things.

It's a share from *someone's* farm, isn't it? Kidding. Yes, I know they are two different things -- farm shares support local agriculture whereas Boston Organics sources internationally/nationally. Sorry for the misnomer.
