Nearly lost my phone for good! Was trying on these pretty shoes at Charles & Keith without buying it. Left the shop, reach the train station and realized I forgot my phone! Silly me!!!

Went back, asked the counter girl if they'd seen a phone. She said "oh ya!" but pretty apprehensive to give it to me. Asked me a couple of questions about the ( Read more... )

Phew. My first work week of the year was, I suppose, tiring. By Thursday, only 5 days into the year, i felt like I was in May. So many things to do! Work/career-wise and on personal level. I'm not complaining, just really anxious!

I did quite a lot in 2011. That said, I spent a lot too. I acquired my driving and diving licenses in April (which was quite a feat, don't you think?), learnt wakeboarding - ok, BASICS of wakeboarding, played paintball, went on an obstacle course after like 10 years and, finally learnt mandarin but have yet to have a full conversation with it. Ahhhh I miss my trip!!

I miss San Francisco! Las Vegas! Los Angeles!! OMG I REALLY MISS MY TRIP!! although it was tiring, I enjoyed myself. It felt so unreal! I missed it so very much! I realized that if you are thin and without makeup, you look young. But if you are fat and without makeup, you just look old and unkempt.

This should motivate me. I'm way off, way way off.

Memberz and I met up tonight for dinner because sal is getting married next month (happy). However, I must say we, or at least me and them, do not have anything common to talk about any more (sad). I am:

- not getting married
- not buying a house
- not having a baby
- not in the profession of teaching.
