i'll add your tag. and for an lj-cut, you want to highlight the part you want inside the cut and then click the LJ button that looks like a zigzag in the rich text editing window. let me know if that doesn't work.

if you're using html you can just copy and paste this (replacing the capitalized section with what you want the cut to say)

i just approved it. we have moderated posting so we don't post too many entries at a time. sometimes posts won't show up for a day or so depending on how many other submissions there are.
