That would be absolutely fantastic--but I don't think I'm going to manage it. At this point, I'm shooting for finishing by like 11:00 EST, which would only give two hours for a beta and rewrites and uploading.

I *just two minutes ago* sent my Yuletide fic for beta. But it's not actually my planned fic; it's just a backup I'm uploading now so I don't register as a defaulter. I'm still writing my Actual Real Yuletide Fic What I Wanted To Do In The First Place. Which may or may not get written.

And the thought of two Yuletide fics is a bit terrifying this year. I did a pinch hit last year, but this time I'll be lucky if I manage to get through the one story I was assigned. I think maybe I'm trying too hard, because I'm willing to bet that if I'd gotten a stranger to write for, I'd already be done.
