I walked into work this morning and when I stopped by the main office, the two women there asked what I thought of the weather. It is a touch cold today (-7C, which I think is about 20 F), but we had a snow storm over the weekend and all the trees are heavy with snow, and lawns are sheets of crisp white spaces. Right now it is about 17 degrees F (-8 C) here ... but with a windchill ranging between 0 and -3 F (-18 to -20 C)

It's sunny and clear, but yeah, that's just trying to trick your brain into thinking "nice weather"

Weird thing is, it's supposed to be 50-55 F (10-13 C) by Saturday.

Yeah, wind chill makes all the difference. I hope you are staying warm.

I was talking with students here earlier about how the dropping temperatures now feel so cold, but in the spring those same temperatures won't be so bad.

I think we're suppose to get rain tomorrow, so the temperature should go up.

Torrential rain, yuck! I hope you stay dry.

I think we are suppose to have snow turned to rain tomorrow, which means most places will be like skatting rinks. Should be interesting.

Lack of wind is awesome. The storm we had yesterday was soooo windy! It opened our front door! Which, granted the door must not have been latched, but you need to push pretty hard to open it.

I agree though, that once you get outside you just gotta keep moving. And it usually ends up being worth it.
