Ooh, congratulations! I'm liking their set up over there. I'm on the waiting list though so I don't have an account there yet. :( Tis why I haven't left any comments on folks' stuff there.
So far, when it comes to uploading and editing, it's the superior site. I tire of always having to make a new document file to edit something, whereas on AO3 you can just edit it right then and there.
I'm still a newbie to it, so I have to admit that I am confused a bit - but when it comes to posting fics, it's easy-peasy. Navigation and searches, however, confuse me a bit.
It's got tags, sort of like LJ, so you can read all wedding fics if you want then, then filter it to your pairing/rating/fandom/additional tags.
You can upload per chapter, and an overhead series, which you can reorder.
You can add a series in a collection/co-author a work/gift a work :) and you can link out haha.
There's still no way to subscribe to an author for alerts but they're working on coding for it. But you can bookmark a series/work or mark to read it later.

I've yet to stumble on a really really really bad fic in AO3 (not that that's a bad thing.) haha.
