Not entirely, the previous article is just an estimation of what ideally the brand & song "Gangnam Style" would earn (includes his endorsements too). And people took it as what PSY would actually get (when its not, considering distributors get their parts too).

So when PSY said he hasn't gotten anything people were up and arms saying YG took all the money.

But PSY has said he's gotten nothing yet. That's is weird since the song has been huge in Korea. As I said YG won't try to stiff him, there's a contract and he can't.
