Technically no i think.

I dont think New Jeans is suing anyone they just said their contract is null and void and bounced when they finished their already scheduled obligations with ador.

Technically this injunction isn't Ador suing New Jeans either.

I think the only cases are: Ador trying to establish the validity of New Jeans contract through court [which if the court establishes it is valid then i can see then suing New Jeans for breach of contract] and i think Min Hee Jin has stated she would take action against Hybe.
