This is a hot issue in the badminton world rn. To explain it in Kpop terms (lol), let's say An Se Young is currently the most successful Korean female soloist. She spoke up about her agency BKA's handling of her injury, saying they mishandled it and made her continue performing while injured. She waited until she won numerous PAKs and daesangs, a Billboard #1, and a Grammy* before revealing this. In response BKA tries to paint her as greedy and having a star syndrome because she also raised issues about income distribution and salary.

*This is the best idol equivalent I can think of for being the world #1, world champion and Olympic champion in women singles badminton, all while being only 22 years old.
