This is so humiliating it officially crossed the hilarity line into no-return second hand embarrassing. What the hell were they thinking with this?? Did they see the stock go back up and think "oh snap we need to pull a reversi on that ASAP"? ILLIT is done for after this and maybe they should be because the people in charge of them are doing an absolutely batshit job taking care of these girls, how could they set them up like this?

And lol at "“the objects of romance in the imagination of adults” despite being teenagers" okay sure fair point but then who exactly was ILLIT supposed to appeal to running around in weird grandma pyjamas and frills socks on those straight out of Petra Collins bedroom sets? Their concept was girls with magical powers which is something that is a surefire hit with teenage girls, so...why did their visuals not catch on with their own age group as well as NewJeans' did at debut?

since i've learned that koreans are on MHJ's side, it's crazy that they think they can get away by pulling shit like this.

in the game Saints Row the Third there's a certain cul-de-sac where if you just go there and stand still and watch the traffic, eventually one car will end up hitting another, and both will come to a stop which will cause another car to join the pile-up, and then another, and the cars behind them will start honking their horns and shouting, and people will start getting out of their cars and punching and shooting each other, and the damaged cars will start to smoke and eventually catch fire and explode, and the cops will show up and slam their cars into the pile-up and start shooting civilians, and it basically becomes a huge clusterfuck within minutes. whoever designed that cul-de-sac and the AI governing the traffic? A-plus.

anyway, that's what i think of as i witness this hybe/ador/belift situation
