For me, it was not bad but it was not good. I’m not sure what genre I’d classify it as. Romance? Slice of life? Comedy? It checked the boxes on all them and that may have been the problem. I just didn’t understand what it was trying to do.
I enjoyed the second leads! I looked forward to them every time they were on screen. The mom was fun, too.
Don’t know about this trend in dramas I’ve watched where the “bad” character dies. I was expecting jail-not the dramatic death!
Overall, the drama had its moments but left it a bit whelmed.
The plot was promising. It had good moments for me specially when they were trying to tell us how our leads worked on their personal issues. I could relate to them. Then when the series was trying to close it out and put focus on the romance part, that's where they lost me.
Same here. I thought Ha Neul’s scenes with the therapist were nicely done, especially the end when she was leaving the clinic for the last time. Given that full circle moment, it felt odd that Jeong Woo’s parents were a big part of his problems but that was never delved into beyond flashbacks and park/rooftop scenes. In fact, he dealt with it at the end by avoiding his father who was returning to Seoul!
I could never buy into the romance part with the exception of the SLs. Park Hyung Sik and Park Shin Hye seemed mismatched for their roles.
I kind of agree with you guys. but for me, I need them to be in the wrong more, and struggle a little more. I don't know how to explain.
also, I don't why but when the girl entered the restaurant I thought she was the one the brother liked, not the uncle, the actress looked so young, older than the brother but not the uncle's age.

I saw a lot of people commenting the same. I also don't feel the connection/chemistry between them.
