Ah, the year I moved to South Korea (still here, wow). This was a pretty memorable year for me in general. Oreogate…what a time to be a K-Pop fan. 😂😂😂

I remember the Ladies Code accident as if it were yesterday, because the rain had come down hard and heavy that day (and all night). I had loved Pretty Pretty, so I was a bit of a fan of theirs, and I was so sad for them.

Ladies' Code's accident has stayed with me to this day, especially since I had been following them since debut. I genuinely hope the surviving members are happy always. Red Velvet's debut was SUCH a firestorm due to the timing with f(x) and Rainbow Blaxx had such a good mini album. Hi Suhyun never getting more releases is also frustrating. SO cute and fun and wasted opportunity by not even getting a mini album

Never watched My Lovely Girl, but that ost by Krystal is still one of my favourite songs.

Also 2014 brought the resurface of SM Ballad.

A lot of songs gave me comfort that year. After loosing someone. Listening to them takes me back to the time.

I can’t believe we got Exo-dus and Jessica getting the boot in the same year. What a dramatic year for Kpop fans.
