I've stopped expecting Jessica to talk about SNSD times. She's been out of SNSD longer than she was in it at this point (2007 debut - 2014: soshi vs 2014 - 2023: not)

Also - Singapore accents are so fun to listen to. It's like singing.

The song with Amber isn't bad.

SM most likey made her sign a NDA and she probably doesn't want to get sued. She has found her way of telling us what went down behind the scenes with her books and I still think that's a brilliant move.

oh you know what you're totally right I didn't think of that. In that case yeah Jessica has really finessed SM I know a lot of people feel like her career is kind of cheap now but she probably made so much from that Idol Show in China and I actually saw one of her stores is Japan. Do wish she would drop her bf...

Next year it'll be 10 YEARS since Sicagate and while she still gets booked and is busy, I feel like she's still mostly known for being the one that was kicked out of Soshi. She missed the point to build up her own career. Doesn't help that she only drops a new song every other year.

Btw iirc her third book should be dropping next year, if it's a trilogy.

I looked it up and apparently they were never really planning to promote as a group, it was more about the show itself?

I think there was always gonna be some form of group activities a la variety shows, but songs wise it was never confirmed.
apparently the plans were thrown away because the producer of the men’s version (which aired a few weeks after the finale) was pissed the ladies of the show were getting more press. So in the end it became Jessica and a few others just doing a seaside band/cafe variety
