I love the rise of Go Younjung, well deserved. In the 2 shows Ive seen her in, she had to deal with immense pressure of the role, especially with Alchemy when she replaced the main actress in previous season, and she carried the role well. I was skeptical about the cast change but ended up loving her. She was also great in Moving.

yes, I enjoyed it! One of my fave dramas of 2023 so far. The acting was it's strongest point, no black hole cast member. Even the younger unknown actors pulled their weight. The more experienced older cast really showed why they are the top actors in Korea. That show put Ryu Seungryong through the wringer to get their money's worth on his talent fees and he carried. Action sequence are intense and production is clearly expensive.
I think my only issue is the pacing. First half was focused on the younger gen (the highschool teens) and second half is like a flashback on older gen (the parents). So many things happened and they covered such a broad timeline during the first 15 eps that I got used to the quick pace of the plot, so the slowness of the last 5 episodes kinda took me off guard tbh
