welp, in the last episode of Amazing Saturday, Key kept saying he wanted to go to Brand New Music...

late edit because I realized I somehow deleted the second line where I wrote the context...
Rhymer, founder of BNM, was a guest on Amazing Saturday and he apparently asked to be seated next to Key. Throughout the episode, as a commentary to what was Rhymer saying/doing, Key commented two of three times that he wanted to join his agency; it could have passed as a joke on any other normal day, but considering what has been going on lately, I did a double take when I heard him, especially because he did not say it only once.

JYJ may have successfully left SM and won the lawsuit, but the split was messy af and SM was (is) salty for over a decade. SM unfairly pressured all the music shows to prevent JYJ from performing or promoting, and JYJ members were blacklisted for years and couldn't perform on TV or join variety shows. that really hurts an idol's career, and it's only very recently (with social media too I guess) that JYJ can be on TV a bit (besides dramas). Also, SM has the audacity to pretend that JYJ never existed, even though they were hugely popular members and formed more than half of TVXQ during their most successful years. SM had the audacity to even send Changmin and Yunho out on a show at their 10th or 15th debut anniversary or whatever with an edited image of their first CD, deleting those three members from history. so SM sending a wreath is wild, after treating idols badly (and apparently not changing or learning at all, looking at Exo now), throwing a fit when their overworked and undercompensated idols put up a stand and try to leave, ( ... )
