The 99-line collab did amazing!!! A perfect homage to KARA. Yena looks amazing taking a break from the Disney Channel concept lol and Chuu thriving here, please stay in music Chuu!! I’ll support her if she puts out an album :))
Younha is a veteran artist killing it, I love that she had an amazing year! She deserves it.
i am going to say this without having watched the far majority of the gayo stages and maybe it's the magic of step but the 99z stage was my fave gayo stage!! i loved how their different vocal colors shone through. it was still step but they made it their own. and it was so nice to see yena in a more mature yet appropriate style of song and she did so well, all of them! yoojung and yena taking the rap as expected, and i really liked chuu's voice here too, i'm happy she got this stage
i liked mx's gambler stage too and why do they always have such iconic english lines in their song lol, my suit is black my suit is fresh?? but your suits werent black kings 😢 they were fresh though
Step was my fav from this and all the end of year shows this year. They all did really well and looked like they were happy to be there it was great! Everything I had hoped for <3 The actual choreo, not a cut in half vers of the song, just A+
The Stray Kids performances I also enjoyed. Circus and Case 143 go together really well and it was a fun stage for a new years show ^-^
the 99 line collab stage was a nice twist and I enjoyed that stage very much. I believe some of them are friends, so this makes it even more enjoyable. and having vocalists in the cover makes it palatable, even if it can't be compared to the original. a little peeve was the romanisation of yoojung though, like I thought it was Brave Girls Yujeong based on the YouTube title (mbc that's on you).
