I watched the first two episodes of Recipe for Farewell and despite the terminal illness storyline, it's a relaxing and sweet slice-of-life drama with a lingering of sadness. Each episode is about 30 minutes and it's like watching an ASMR cooking youtube channel. I could listen to Han Seokkyu narrating all day. I have a feeling that I am going to cry as the story moves further along.
Currently watching the Queen's Umbrella and Reborn Rich. Just finished Fanletter, Please which was a light and short romcom. Sooyoung and Yoon Park's chemistry was great. The last episode was a bit rushed and it probably could've used one or two more episodes to wrap up everything smoothly, but at the same time 4 episodes was enough.
Definitely checking out Island for Kim Namgil and Connect for Jung Haein. Might watch Alchemy of Souls S2 even though I dropped the first season, lol. It looks like Naksu has amnesia and with Go Yoonjung as the female lead, S2 feels like a stand-alone.
Plot: The 39-year-old Seon Ju, a genius CEO of a large corporation who accidentally died and became a smartphone, and In Seong, a 29-year-old job seeker who accidentally picked up the smartphone, work together to find the killer.
