I’m pretty sure he’s still breaking some kind of law regardless of malicious rumors. This statement took way too long imo and fans are more focusing frothing on disproving the dating aspect and not the actual like….gross invasion of private photos.

The legal action is most likely for the Youtube channel Sojang and not Jennie's hacker. Obviously the stans are pushing that narrative because they want to delude themselves further
