I LOVE stay this way. They won the war of summer comebacks, I’m sorry I doubt there’s anything even all the legends that are having a cb next month could release that could make me change my mind. The song was so good that it made me cry when I listened to the highlight medley/MV teaser/full MV like her IMPACT. Between this and we go I feel like fromis_9 are solidifying themselves as the 4th generation summer queens.

loona - flip that is probably my june winner, which i'm surprised by bc i'd tried to get into them before but they never really clicked for me. i finally listened to the whole mini last night and it's so good. i added all the b-sides to my b-side playlist, which is rare for groups i don't already go in loving. pose and pale blue dot are my faves rn.
i loooove sunmi's heart burn. one of those songs i could just loop endlessly without getting sick of, it has a dreamy quality i get addicted to.
pop! is another big winner, ofc. i've been drawn to the more mellow summer releases recently so it's a nice, reliable burst of energy when i'm in the mood for something else lol. the mv and performances are so rewatchable too, nayeon is unreal. i might try to learn the chorus choreo for fun if i can find a good tutorial, it looks so satisfying to land!
now i'm just waiting for the girl group heaven that will be august

I enjoyed Lapillus’ debut. It was fun & the girls are sweet. I was excited to see Shana debut.
I didn’t like Flip That, but the rest of the album was good - I especially liked Playback, We Need U & I’ve added Pale Blue Dot to my top 20 songs of the year 💙
Ofc Nayeon’s debut was welcomed! Pop was perfect for her & the rest of the album had breezy summer vibes. It did not satisfy my full Twice cravings though and I neeeed the rest of Celebrate.
Kep1er’s Le Voya9e, Sunmi’s Heartburn and Dawn’s Stupid Cool have also been replayed a lot.
i'm overwhelmed by all the new releases lately, haven't even had a chance to check them all out yet. but putting aside all the problematic aspects of it i'd say lapillus' debut was my favorite june release. if it had been given to an actual mature group it would have been perfect. and, with my love of experimental music, aespa have already won july for me.
Nayeon has never been my main Twice girlie, like she's not even in my top 4 best Twice girlies, but she really impressed me with this solo debut! The previews of Pop didn't really hook me but the whole song really grew on me, and I LOVE the bsides.
