I usually love dramas the most when they have good female friendships and dynamics in them but this one changed the game for me: Taesung having fantastic yet super hostile chemistry with just about every single other male character is so good. Of course he's needlessly competitive at board games. He plays being endlessly petty and uncool so well, it has yet to stop being funny.
I was waiting with baited breath for this post because I know they based that drunken episode on a real life incident with a male celebrity who got drunk in public and instead of causing a mess just started tidying up and ended up endearing himself to the general public and I just cannot for the life of me remember who it was, surely someone here must remember! They're really getting some great references in, first spoon gate now this?

It did! I remember it so clearly, there was CCTV footage of it and he was drunkenly tidying up all these tables outside a convenience store - it was an established celeb though, not a newbie! Same for the public nudity aspect with a different celeb, a SMAP member in Japan I think who went viral for taking off all his clothes when he got drunk and gallivanting around a public park. Though I'm not sure if that was ever news in Korea, they might have just randomly decided to use it as an excuse to get the actor to strip, lol.

I thought so too! They really set it up like that especially with his red herring dating scandal from the previous episode, but with Dahye also getting a bigger part it's a relief that it's his mom, three love lines would have been too much.
