They cancelled the filming of his drama today and are deciding what to do.

His apology was broad and so I assume it's all true...

This is criminal behaviour (but since he was a minor idt they can do anything about it). I hope this ends his career so his victims don't have to see his face frequently and that they can find resources to help cope with the trauma. The newer allegations that came out are monstrous.

They cancelled the filming? Why not just replace him? Idgi.

the dramas 95% done already with contracts in place for global distribution. They're likely figuring out legally what to do. It's unfortunately more complicated than just replacing him at the point they're at.

oh shit I wasn't paying attention, I thought it was referring to a new drama that he was just cast in or something. They can't re-shoot everything :/ holy shit

I read about the other stuff he did and omfg i'm so disgusted, the kinds of things he didn't; it won't be enough for him to just get kicked out of the industry

He’s a monster, the violence, the sexual assault ...

every apology is a bad apology as long as actual thing a person is aplogizing for is not named 👋
i made a big mistake reading everything he was accused of and bullying of sexual nature (i'm not even sure how to phrase it) is something that i still can't shake off. i wouldn't go as far as saying that he is worse than jjy but they are at least on same level. you really can't just go ahead and apologize for things like that! he should be in jail (he was a minor so yeah i know why jail isn't applicable here). i hope his victims are leading good lives now despite dealing with this monster.

The legal ramifications of "naming" what they did are too big
This apology was vetted by a legal team, and rule 1 is "don't admit to anything speciafically"

It sucks, but unless there's an actual conviction, none of these people will ever admit to teh extent of what they did

yeah i know. i was mostly refering to the common line of thinking where ppl love to throw ~growth~ and ~change~ around and saying that apology is a good one despite it sounding like someone just ate piece of cheese that went bad. so i meant moral side of things, not the legal one. even in this case keyeast could go dsp route and slap every accuser with lawsuit and actually win even if there is proof of everything being true.
