Damn, Loona sold 86k copies of 12:00 last year?? Thats really impressive given how not popular they are domestically and then factoring in that the album was released mid-October. I wonder how many of those were sold overseas.

The only albums I bought last year were all versions of both # and 12:00. It’s pretty rare for me to buy albums outside of Loona ones.

Damn, this was really the year NCT and ATEEZ exploded in sales. That ATEEZ is already the 5th best selling current boy group is impressive.

It's nice to see some girlgroups in the top spots, since just a few years back it seemed thet girlgroups were not strong in album sales.

#8 Skool Luv Affair???? I need an explanation lol

I don't have enough space / can't be arsed to buy physical albums unless I know I really like them, so the only one I bought for myself was MX's Fatal Love.
But I also spilled coffee on my mom's copy of LY: Answer and had to get her a new one lol

For Skool Luv Affair, they dropped a reissued Special Edition of it this yr. I remember seeing it in Target and it's quite big like a thick book and expensive like $48

It was a relatively new release too like October I believe. I remember seeing it up for preorder on weverse and had to do a double take

iz*one: boom*iz + one-reeler (didn't care enough about oneric diary)
fromis_9: my little society
twice: more & more + eyes wide open + fanfare + better + and some of their older jpn releases since i decided to start collecting those as well like an animal
seventeen: fallin' flower, heng:garae, 24h, semicolon
gfriend: walpurgis night (first gfriend album i bought since time for the moon night.. deserve)

i also got some older iu albums this year but that's IT (i think)

for fromis and seventeen i collect almost all the versions available (unless they do individual member photobooks, i'm not that unhinged) and sometimes buy dublicates (someone's gotta support fromis), but for the other groups i usually only buy one version per album. at least i don't buy concert dvds/blu-rays since i can't watch them where i'm from anyway.
