I had no idea she and Gaeul from Favorite were such good friends! That's really cute, it's always good to see PD101 contestants still being friends years later, you can tell Somi was a social butterfly while she was filming it.
I clicked on this mostly for the female friendships. She seems close with alot of female idols and that's lovely to see.
The Blacklabel guys............. they dont seem to be creepy towards her but at the same time, what are these grown men doing with a girl who barely came out of her teens????? (That's a retorical question.)
I'm not sure, but I think they are the only people on the Black label roster? Her, Zion.T, and Vince? And Teddy and 24 are her producers. So maybe those are the people she's around with the most in the studio. It also makes me think back on 2NE1 TV, and how close they were ro Teddy too. I dunno, but the show is produced by the label so i think they also want to promote the label too.
I was quite surprised when I saw how close she was with her Black Label hyungs. There's a huge age gap between them so I didn't expect her to be friends with them. It was great to see a small IOI reunion and it looks like she's happy in her new company which is good.
even though it felt scripted, I'm glad for that mini IOI reunion! it's great seeing them having fun, but I'm a little apprehensive of them saying it's the first time they drank with Somi, when there was the underage drinking scandal with Yoojung Sohye and Somi previously.
