On April 30, several industry insiders stated that the exclusive contracts of TraxX’s members with SM Entertainment have ended. As a result, Jay and Jungmo decided to leave the agency after 15 years of promoting together

The Trax was my first introduction to korean music way back in the early, early days of youtube (it was either Paradox or Scorpio). I never payed much attention to their music after that though, other than the song with Seohyun in the music video. I remember really liking that song.

I used to really love their music back in the day. It sucks how they never hit it big like other SM groups. But SM was not the best agency for them. I wish them success in the future and the best of luck. Hopefully things will start looking up for them eventually. I do wonder if Jay and Jungmo would continue to work together or go their separate ways.
