Im surprised how excited I feel over these tweets. I thought the hot mess that was Sochi had made me turn away from Winter Olympics but I am hopeful for the results in this one

Canada shines most in the team sports, like hockey and curling, but they don't award many medals. Skiing and skating are the ones were most medals are given.

Canada is projected to win 33 medals, considerably more than the 26 in Vancouver or 25 in Sochi, it's just not that many of them are projected to be gold.

Edit: oops they just downgraded Canada to 29 medals. I know a few medal hopefuls have been injured for Canada lately :(
