What I don't get is why they don't vary their looks they go for a bit. Is it not possible with plastic surgery?
It must be creepy going to certain places in a country (i.e. Gangnam) and see everyone with basically the same face.

there are trends in plastic surgery. apparently people can tell if you have a 2009 nose or a 2012 nose.
