Boy group B.A.P will be returning to their agency TS Entertainment after a long legal dispute with the company.
The management company TS Entertainment has announced that the boy group has officially returned to the agency on August 1. Previously, B.A.P sued the management company in November of last year to terminate their contract, citing slave contract and unfair income distribution.
The following is the official press release by TS Entertainment.
“Hello, this is TS Entertainment.
First of all, we want to apologize to everyone who were concerned by the unexpected news that came out in the last few months.
Since November 26, 2014, when B.A.P brought the issue to the surface, the company has tried its best to recover the relationship between the two parties. After endless attempts at honest communication with the group, we were successful in regaining their trust, and B.A.P returned to the company as of August 1, 2015.
The company feels responsible for the pain that we have caused the B.A.P members and their parents, as well as the fans who were always there for them. Thus, we promise that we will continue to try our best to be considerate and supportive of B.A.P’s bright future.
We want to thank all the fans and everyone else who have believed in B.A.P’s return to the company with unchanging trust. Using this as a learning experience, TS Entertainment will continue to try to ensure that our artists can make better music in a better environment.”
