I lost 11 years of shows, dramas & films unlicensed in the US etc..., most of which I didn't have time to back up elsewhere or were too large to back up on my external drives.

I'm so sad that mp3_share shut down :[ half of their stuff wasn't even from MU. And basically all of jdramas files are gone. THANK GOODNESS for other asian media sites like am-addiction. I would say if you had 24 hours to download stuff, I would download everyyyything I found remotely interesting. Just go wild! tbh tho, I use other tons of other sites besides MU like mediafire and fileserve but you know shutting down MU is just the beginning.

Also what do you guys download? I've never downloaded any western shows or movies. It has always been asian movies, dramas, and variety shows. And with music, I download just about everything. [:

i DL bbc shows that i can't get here in america like sherlock, doctor who, and merlin. i also download shows if i miss an episode like for leverage, psych, suits, etc OTL i usually get movies from thepiratebay which will probably close too ugh god i am way too dependent on illegal downloads lmao /broke

I used MU for everything except music (mediafire for that). I am....at a loss. WHY OH WHY.

i'd say don't use torrents because it is wayyyy easier for the government to track what you dl. fileserve is pretty fast.

Rn I am just thanking my lucky stars that MF is still up and am downloading everything of every group I stan lol. I'm scared other sites are going to start shutting down soon and idk I feel like it's going to be like watching my happy place fall apart ;~;
