Friends Aerowyn, Michael, and divine Mateo, three months old, invited me over this am to help Michael with back pain. it gets real bad for him to ask for help. he's a fisherman for ono and ahi and mahimahi and such things. goes out solo, depending on the season, night or day, to catch fish and grapple them on baord. They are da kine people and live

good morning, bg, I think this journal and your and karen's old digital camera will inspire me to get back to picture taking consciousness. mark and I have been trying to get in touch. On his last message he just said, "i want to come back to hawaii!" I don't know yet if he'll be coming to the wedding. I'll ask when we chat. I'll see if he wants to go to maui too. I see him with so much more to do there with playing. He's playing in two bands and doing his own gig at an irish bar. So this island might put him to sleep. My buddy came over for dinner last night. he's on serious jet lag from the Bali return. heard one song yesterday with a lyric about having friends around all the time. Yea. that's what I miss living in these more remote places. Maui might be a better balance.
