So, what happened?

A man was found in the park at 8:30 this morning, hanging from a tree and shot three times. The body has been removed and it seems the estimated time of death is around 7:15 this morning. A man who appears to have been a witness came to the police office this morning at 8:45, and the police have apprehended a suspect.

Still, we haven't been able to figure out why the witness didn't report the crime until an hour and a half after the crime had been committed. He's been very quiet about the matter.

Prosecutor Gavin left early from the crime scene, so anything you find needs to be thoroughly noted in a report for him tonight.
