I thought it was a fitting icon to use! :D Seriously, it's a terrible feature. I don't think I've come across one person who is even considering using it. Facebook is just the worst.

GOOD LORD. I HATE FACEBOOK. I am so flipping glad that people on LJ aren't that stupid; that new feature is really quite dumb. :(

IT IS SO SO SO HORRIBLE. I have so many of those status updates every freaking day, which is why I only ever go on Facebook as a last resort. LJ is a million times better. Whoever thought of that feature is just crazy.

It doesn't make much sense, does it? One of the things I love about LJ is that it's full of awesome people and is a great escape from things like Facebook.

Exactly- I would understand if it was Tumblr, because lots of people follow their LJ friends on Tumblr, but Facebook? NO FREAKING WAY.

THAT IS THE BEST NAME FOR IT EVER. You are seriously not missing out on anything. Most people either post stupid, horrible stuff like the above, angsty, passive-aggressive messages to their friends or incredibly boring running updates of every single thing they do that day. It's so so terrible.
