I try to listen to happy things when I'm angry, so I don't actually listen to much angry music. I like Grace Kelly for any time, but it's definitely good for when I'm angry because, while the sound is upbeat, the lyrics...kind of aren't. I DUNNO, BUT IT WORKS AND IT PUTS ME IN A GOOD MOOD. Also

OMG, That song is fabulous, I have to have it. I've never heard of Mika before, thank god I have some young "friends" now to get me into this decade, music-wise.

When I'm mad I like something with heavy guitar and slow, simmering metal beat, but uplifting message. Maybe something like Creed's "Higher"?
