This weekend I need to get decorations, make door prize numbers, and buy door prizes. Also I need to finalize the menu and numbers with our venue. (Which makes me wish we had gotten more responses!)

This is the point where you call people and tell them they need to give a final answer.

Almost all of the no-answers are on the grooms side (and I don't know them) so I have the mother of the groom calling. She has been anxious to participate, so hopefully she will follow through. I don't have these people's numbers even if I felt comfortable calling.
