I know I get a LOT of marvelous ideas and make all sorts of proclimations about how I'm going to do this or do that. I know I hardly ever follow through with them. I guess you could say I lose sight of it and find something more interesting to fit my fancy. I'm rather fickle like that. But this, I really do intend to accomplish.
I have decided to take it upon myself to expand both my knowledge and my vocabulary. I want to see how many novels I can read this year (of course excluding those of graphic nature). I'm going to start it off from January 2006 because it's more uniform plus I've already read several books already. I'm excited about my list which as of right now contains slightly more than fifty titles. I'll add on as I find more interesting novels, but for now, I'd like to set my tiny goal to 30 books. I've already got eight under my belt, and quite a few of these books are considered children's books, so really, this shouldn't be hard at all. I just might have to get a library card, though. Haha. We'll see how this goes...
I mean, it's better than sitting around playing video games and aimlessly searching the internet. Where's the fun in that?
