Hey folks! It's been super quiet around here since micro-wrifo 2.0 finished last week. I know many of you have finished your fics and many more of you (like me) are still plugging away at your stories. Yourmods hope you are all okay and still plugging away at those lovely spn-j2-bigbang entries

I've just pushed through the 17000 barrier, still got a few thousand to write but should get it done by the end of the month (hoping, hoping!!). I'm in a bit of a par as to what to write to get over the count but hoping something will inspire me very soon.

But I will admit having someone in the house now all the time does put a damper on the muses.

I felt that way when my partner and I moved in together. It's been a decade, I'm much more comfortable these days...but in the beginning it was hard to relax enough to write freely when I knew that someone else was always around.

I'm just not use to having someone hovering around in the background most of the time... probably also doesn't help that my mother doesn't know I write - let alone write slash. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to start taking my laptop into my room and writing before I go to bed and when I wake up.

I can see that having your mother around might put a damper on the whole writing (especially slash) thing. I know it would for me, then again, my mother has always been wholly uninterested in my writing so she'd probably just be oblivious lol. Good luck on finishing your draft! I've been looking forward to reading your story and think you have a really interesting premise! *waves pom poms*

I just passed the 50k mark yesterday and I'm on what's gonna be either the last chapter or the next-to-last chapter. I still haven't found a title for it :p

At just over 33 K and only a thousand words or so away from a finished rough draft. There will be a lot of editing to be done.
