Today I went to the graduation party of someone who has been a family friend for many years. After seeing her mom make the punch, I learned that for years of parties I have been drinking punch made of champagne and sorbet. I feel so betrayed! She (and my father!) let me drink glassfuls upon glassfuls of that stuff when I was 8!!
