"Pain is weakness leaving the body" is actually what I've said to myself a few times last week ever since I read it on your FB post. I love that so much, because it's absolutely true (unless it's not true, but in this case it's true).

Cardio for myself, I loved doing DDR until my dance mats broke. It's pretty hard to find a good, decent-quality mat now that Red Octane is out of business. But maybe other dancing games would satisfy you? Stuff for Wii or Kinect. I know you probably don't have either of those systems, though, just throwing ideas out.

But anyway, that's just more dancing. I also use an exercise bike, which is a pretty big expense and a pain in the ass to put together, and something you might not be able to fit in your room. Um ( ... )

Thanks for the suggestions! Running still seems like my best bet, since it doesn't require equipment, I can't swim and we have a gardener to do our yard work. XD Whoops.

I also love "pain is weakness leaving the body" because it's so simple but it's so amazingly true. USMC really knows what they're doing. ♥
