WOOOOW. You're so awesome. And you're absolutely right. IT's SODA. I hate the term "pop" with a passion, nor do I fully understand what parts of the country people actually SAY them in. The girl I stole this meme from is from Ohio and she said "pop", but i'm not that far from her and I call it soda.
Well...sometimes I say "sodey", but that's when i'm being facetious.
I remember in elementary school, one of my crazy Christian friends told me that when it rained while the sun was still shining, I could stick a pin in the ground and hear the devil beating his wife. I tried it many times, but I never heard anything. Later on in life, I learned that "the devil beating his wife" is SOMEHOW southern slang to describe when it's raining when the sun is still shining. Yeah, someone please explain that one to me.
