Went looking for fabric on Jamaica Ave. today and didn't find much of anything, really. Kiera, where the hell do you shop?!

( Sundays are almost as bad as Tuesdays, but I don't have to work on Sundays. )

I've never really paid attention to the cross-streets ^^;. But I know the shops that i go to are near the store Cookies.

That sounds like Save-A-Thon, and while it's getting better, it's hard for me to find things there. :/

There are a couple smaller places around too - Jackson Heights Discount Fabric Center is one name I remember (its not directly on Jamaica Ave anymore, but on a sidestreet). And there's a place that has a green awning that usually has bolts of fabric right outside the door that I've found good stuff at - this place is also good for finding buttons/trims cheap.
