Oh yeah, that's 74.9kg, so since July 5th I've lost 2.1Kg. I'm not *really* aiming to lose weight at the moment, but I seem to have gained muscle and lost some fat, which is basically my aim. Whatever my weight does aside from that is pretty irrelevant really.
