Making it is actually kind of fun. Just get a rice steamer and you're good to go.

When I was in the UK, I actually bought a little sushi making set from tesco, but I never ended up using it. You might be able to find one if you look hard enough. Otherwise, head down to your local china town, and you should be able to find everything you need.

I remember seeing a few sushi restaurants in London, but they were horribly overpriced.

Damn...that's not something we can ship you all that easily.

I do know what you mean, though. Sushi is the one thing I can eat more than Subway and just never get tired of. There are so many options, and it's so good, and...dammit. It really is an addiction. Sorry we got you hooked. ;)

Do you have a waitrose nearby? They sell sushi at the deli counter in ours, and sushi making kits too if that's your thing.

Oooh actually, yes I do. One just opened up about 6 months ago about a mile from my house, I'll have to check it out!

*Is suddenly full of hope*.

I've just realised that Pret a Manger do vegetarian sushi too, but the nearest one of those is at Milton Keynes shopping centre about 15 miles away. Still, at least I know that if Waitrose doesn't do it, then I can get some whenever I go on a shopping spree.
