Is Gooch married? I seem to remember something about some new girl over the summer. I believe a few others have long-term girlfriends. I think some of the guys do seem to be close friends, specifically the younger guys like Holden, Davies, Rogers, Kljestan, Altidore, Pearce and a few others. I actually think that because a lot of these guys have come up together through the youth NTs, that they do have a pretty good bond. Geographically, the guys are all spread out so I don't see anything like that happening. I also think that because the US Soccer community is fairly small and close, if anything were to happen it would be pretty hard to keep quiet. Granted, we didn't get confirmation on Harkes-Wynalda until nearly 9 years after, but there were some vague rumors over the years.
