Day 75, Morning, Hallway outside Yuuri's chambers

Conrad had kept his usual watch in the halls all night. He had settled outside Yuuri's door to wait till it was a decent time to wake the maou.

He wondered if today would run smoothly or if it would turn into a fiasco.
After all he had heard his mother had returned.

He smiled to himself. No matter what happened he would make sure to keep Yuuri safe.

Yuuri had went straight to bed after finding Wolfy bandages for his bite mark. Yuuri suddenly felt drained for whatever reason and he couldn't quit put a conclusion to why

Conrad was just about to try to go wake the king, when he opened the door himself.

" Morning Heika. You look sleepy still. I'm sure a morning run and a bath will help you shake off that sleepy feeling."

He smiled brightly at Yuuri and waited for him to speak again. He was so adorable with his hair all messy and a sleepy face.

Yuuri couldn't recall the last time he'd had alone time with Conrad- well actually he could but he really really didn't want to think about that time and the imagines of him and Gunter-

"That sounds perfect." Conrad always knew how to cheer him up. Yuuri hugged the towel and change of clothes to his chest. "I was about to go to the baths, but maybe a morning run should be done first, are you up for it?" Well of course Yuuri knew he would be. Just another good thing about Conrad.

" Always Heika. It keeps me in shape after all. Not to mention the whole day usually goes a little better after a run. Fresh air is a good thing."

He reached a hand out and ruffled Yuuri's hair playfully.

" Shall we go then Heika? You can change into your track suit first of course. I'll wait here."
