Adelbert didn't much like getting physical after bathing, but this was important - it was for Gisela. Or so he told himself. It was more likely to get her upset, but he couldn't stand a punk that would go hitting on other guys while such a sweet girl was left all alone. It made his blood boil

Gwendal was sitting at his newly cleaned office when there was a knock at his door. He was still a bit creeped out by the recent events of his office so he went to answer it himself.

His eyebrow arched in surprise at seeing the jock that hadn't appreciated his former lesson in self-defense and sparring.

"Hello, Bert," Gwendal greeted opening the door wide for the other man to enter the office. "You may enter."

Bert entered silently, not really wanting to be there, but understanding the necessity. His coach at home was a different version of this guy, but probably a lot colder. This one seemed like he might be generous for someone asking for help. But he could be very wrong.

He spoke nervously, scratching his head as he asked. "Uh, I was wondering if you had some free time tonight. You see, I have a bit of a match in the morning with swords and I'm not very good with them. I've only really held one steady while Gisela swung at it."

Bert was asking for help? Wasn't that humbling of him.

"If your match is in the morning you would best be served by having a good night sleep. I can help you now if you'd like. Do you have a sword? Who is the match against?"

He knew sleep was important, but not knowing any basics was crippling. "it's against the king's look alike. he's got a bit of a temper." Not mentioning how much of an insigator he was.
